Tandoori turkey

Tandoori turkey is basically roasted turkey with indian spices. We use this combination of spices for several preparations. The name 'tandoori' comes from the earthen oven that the meat is cooked in.
stuff needed
1. turkey legs (3) 2. yoghurt (8 tbsp) 3. ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp) 4. salt (to taste) 5. red chillie powder (to taste) 6. msg [optional] (to taste) 7. red food color [optional]
how to make
1. mix together yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chillie powder, msg, color and mix well. 2. defrost the turkey and make slits in the sides. 3. apply the yoghurt mixture on the turkey. use the slits. wait a while.

4. heat oven to 425 F. 5. make a tray sort of thing out of foil to keel the turkey in (fold up the edges). oil slightly. 6. shove it into the oven.

7. check every 15 minutes. reapply marinade if dry. turn over in about a half hour.

8. should be done in approximately an hour.
