Momo
Tibetian dumplings caelled momos. Had and loved them in
Gangtok, Sikkim. Stock steamed in a special vessel.
stuff needed
1. mincemeat
2. ginger
3. onion
4. green chillies
5. coriander
how to make
1. boil the meat with salt. keep aside stock. to meat add finely chopped ginger, onion and coriander. mix well.

2. to stock add coarsely cut ginger, onion and coriander. add a few bones.

3. get/make thin flour shells. fill em up with the meat mix and close them. water helps.

4. cook the momos in the steam of the stock mix. the stock mix ends up as soup and the momos get steamed in ~15 minutes.
