Chinese Style Pork Chops in Chilli Sauce
This was a happy chance event. Basically after seeing these nice looking flat steak-like pork chops, I thought of making pork curry out of them. Unfortunately after starting out I realised I did not have any red chilli powder. This was the result.
stuff needed
1. pork chops
2. one medium onion
3. ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
4. salt (to taste)
5. soy sauce (3 tbsp)
6. green chilli sauce slightly diluted with vinegar (2 tbsp in 1 tbsp)
7. msg [optional] (to taste)
how to make
1. hack up the onion finely. hack pork chops in approx 0.5" cubes.

2. in a heavy bottomed vessel, fry (onion + ginger-garlic paste + salt + msg).

3. once fried, add the chilli sauce, soy sauce and the pork. mix well.

4. keep on low heat, the stuff will release some water in about 5 minutes. if not add water.

5. keep cooking for at least 40 minutes. after that cook till desired curry consistency.

6. done. excellent with bread or with rice.
