Chicken Chilli

No experimentation here. Straight from mom's kitchen. Like this thing a LOT. When I was young, after being prepared this dish was specially de-chillified for me. Leftovers of this disappeared rapidly from the fridge (even without being de-chillified).
stuff needed
1. chicken 2. cornflour 3. eggs (1 per 500gm chicken) 4. salt 5. soy sauce 6. vinegar 7. green chillies 8. msg
how to make
1. hack chicken. mix with cornflour, eggs, vinegar, soy sauce, msg and salt to slightly slurpy consistency.

2. in a heavy bottomed vessel, deep fry the chicken in lots.

3. fry to golden brown. set aside.

4. drain oil, clean vessel. Cut green chillies lengthwise and fry in a little oil.

5. add chicken stock, soy sauce, vinegar, msg and a cold water solution of cornflour [to get desired consistency of chicken].

6. add the fried chicken. mix well and simmer.

7. done. amazing with rice.
