Bat-ka-shorba
The classic mutton curry - can do wonders for anyone :) The curry to eat with rice. Needs lot of Indian spices... best made of goat.
stuff needed
1. (goat) meat
2. ginger
3. green chilies
4. garlic
5. ground coriander, turmeric, ground red chillies, salt, garam masala
6. tomatoes
7. fresh coriabder (for garnish)
how to make
1. wet grind the ginger, garlic and green chillies. what i show here is old school grinding, but you can use readymade pastes. cut up the tomatoes.

2. fry the above ground stuff and all the dry spices (careful about burning the stuff). add the tomatoes after a while.

3. add the the meat and cook on low heat for a while. the meat and stuff will release water.

4. keep at it till most of the water is gone and the tomatoes get homogenized.

5. depending on how tough the meat is, you might need to pressure-cook the stuff. garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
